Prior to joining the Westly Group, Michaela held business roles at Oracle and Elroy Air, an autonomous logistics company. At Oracle, Michaela worked on the Marketing Operations team overseeing corporate campaign rollouts and published several customer-focused blogs on Oracle.com. At Elroy Air, Michaela worked on the Product & Business Development team, analyzing markets and trends within the autonomous tech space. Michaela also worked in hard tech venture capital at Catapult Ventures as well as software investing at Scribble Ventures, with a focus on early-stage investments.

A Bay Area native, Michaela graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society as well as an M.A. in Sustainability Science and Practice. At Stanford, Michaela was a captain of the varsity women’s tennis team and enjoyed being part of several on-campus communities including the ACE Civic Service Program, the Mayfield Fellows Program, and BASES (Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students.) In her free time, Michaela loves hiking and playing tennis with friends, painting custom shoes, and (slowly) working towards her goal of learning how to surf.
