Prior to joining the Westly Group, Nicole worked in the Founder’s Office at From This Island, a venture-backed personal care startup in Jakarta, Indonesia. There, she contributed to the development of go-to-market strategies and supported the execution of high-impact product launches. She worked closely with co-founders Maudy Ayunda (renowned Indonesian actress, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur) and Patricia Davina (co-founder of successful brands like Aeris Beauté and Kin + Ally), gaining valuable experience in product development, marketing, and business operations.

Nicole is currently pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the National University of Singapore. Classically trained in piano and fluent in Mandarin, she enjoys books, nature, and the arts.
