Prior to joining the Westly Group, Nicole worked in the Founder’s Office at From This Island, a venture-backed personal care startup in Jakarta, Indonesia. There, she contributed to the development of go-to-market strategies and supported the execution of high-impact product launches. She worked closely with co-founders Maudy Ayunda (renowned Indonesian actress, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur) and Patricia Davina (co-founder of successful brands like Aeris Beauté and Kin + Ally), gaining valuable experience in product development, marketing, and business operations.

Nicole is currently pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the National University of Singapore. Classically trained in piano and fluent in Mandarin, she enjoys reading, exploring nature, movies, skincare, and spending quality time with friends and family.
